TERMS OF SERVICE

> the deal between you and the room. plain language first, legal detail where it matters.

draft for counsel review · last updated 2026-10-14 · terms · privacy · responsible gaming · discord ↗

1. who we are

solpoker.club ("the room", "we") is operated by [Operating company name, registration number and address — to be completed by counsel]. These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator. By creating an account or playing you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. who may play
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher.
  • You must not be located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where online poker for money is prohibited. A restricted-country list will be published here once set by counsel, and access from those places is blocked at the network edge.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, lent or shared.
  • Employees and contractors of the operator and their household members may not play for money.
3. devnet beta

While the site runs on the Solana devnet, all balances are test SOL with no cash value. Nothing you deposit, win or withdraw during the beta is money. We may reset, cancel or change anything during the beta without notice. When real-money play opens we will say so on the site and update these terms first.

4. your account
  • Your account is identified by a username and secured by a password you choose. We do not ask for an email address. If you lose your password and have no other proof of ownership, the account and its balance may be unrecoverable: keep it safe.
  • Withdrawals require a password to be set on the account.
  • You are responsible for everything done from your account. Tell us at once through Discord if you think it has been compromised.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or collusion, or is required to be closed by law. Undisputed balances are returned unless they are proceeds of cheating or are frozen by a legal order.
5. deposits, balances and withdrawals
  • Each account has a dedicated Solana deposit address. SOL sent to it is swept to the house wallet and credited to your balance after on-chain confirmation, less one network fee per sweep.
  • Your balance is a claim on the operator, recorded in a double-entry ledger. It is not held in a segregated trust unless stated on the reserves page. The reserves page shows the house wallet balance against all player liabilities.
  • Withdrawals are sent from the house wallet to any Solana address you provide. Transactions on Solana are irreversible: check the address. We are not responsible for SOL sent to a wrong or incompatible address.
  • Limits (minimum, maximum per request, daily caps) are shown in the cashier and may change. Registrations for paid events pause automatically whenever reserves fall below liabilities.
  • We may delay or refuse a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud, collusion or a chain problem, and we will tell you why where the law allows.
6. events, buy-ins and fees
  • The buy-in and the house fee leave your balance when you register. Unregistering before the start refunds both. If an event is cancelled (for example, too few players), everyone is refunded in full, including the fee.
  • Prize pools, guarantees, bounty shares, satellite seats and payout tables are shown before you register and fixed at the start of the event.
  • If the room fails during an event (outage, deploy, crash), the hand in progress is void, stacks revert to the end of the last completed hand, and the event resumes. If it cannot resume, remaining players are paid by ICM-style chip-count settlement of the remaining prize pool.
  • Disconnection does not pause the clock: a disconnected player is checked or folded when their time runs out.
7. fair play
  • No collusion, chip dumping, soft play, multi-accounting, bots, real-time assistance software, or sharing hole cards during a hand.
  • We review hands and account links. Cheating forfeits winnings from the affected events and may close the account. Where possible, forfeited funds are returned to the players who were harmed.
  • Shuffles use a commit-reveal scheme: the hash of each event's shuffle seed is published before the first hand and the seed is revealed at the end, so every deal can be checked on the verify page.
8. disputes

Hand histories are the record. Raise a dispute within 7 days through Discord with the event id and hand number. The tournament director's decision after review is final, except where the law gives you other rights.

9. liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to your account balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by the Solana network, your wallet or exchange, your device, or your internet connection.

10. changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site and on Discord before they take effect. Governing law and venue: [to be set by counsel per the licensing jurisdiction].
